I think in 87 it was something along the lines of A: CA models were EFI and 49 state were carbed or B: Carbed first half of the year, then the 87.5 was SPFI... My guess is A though. My 87 4 door 2WD was SPFI, not a california model either. I had a friend that had an 87 GL wagon, DR 4WD with a carb. Both PA cars (although I think mine originated in NY).
