Hi everybody! new here, got '94 legacy Wagon with a little problem...

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody, my names Ben and I own a 94 legacy wagon, 2.2 naturally aspirated with the 5spd standard, awd. She's an awesome rig, sitting upwards 211k on the odometer! But recently I've come to a stalemate with this beautiful little car. I imagine it to be mainly electrical.

So, one day I was out cruising and took a left turn like any other time. I downshifted, let my clutch out and it just died. As if someone took the key out of the ignition. There wasn't any pop, thud, clunk, squeal, anything. Just dead.

I have power, all lights turn on and my battery holds charge. It cranks, but won't start. No spark on all 4 cylinders. my plugs, wires, ignition coil pack, power train unit are all good... but theres just no spark. I've been beating myself up on this one for quite awhile and i would really love to be able to just figure this out!

Also, when I put the clutch in the temp gauge goes up...

Im mainly posting to see if anyone has come across such a weird problem, and what they've done to get it figured out! Any and all input is extremely appreciated, this old subie deserves to be on the road again!
