taoh Posted August 17, 2016 Share Posted August 17, 2016 (edited) On the EJ253, the timing belt is either the 13028-AA21B (Mitsuboshi CD307) or the 13028-AA231 (Mitsuboshi CD304) depending on year and model. Teeth count and length seem to be the same, is there anything different between the two belts? I'm trying to replace the timing belt for a 2007 Legacy NA 2.5 and the Aisin kit TKF-006 uses the latter belt while Suburu uses the former. The toothed idler is also different depending on which belt is used. Has anyone used this kit on a 2006-09 Legacy/Outback?
