I have a 2010 Legacy that i replaced the battery in about 3 weeks ago. Since replacing the battery I have a flashing brake and steady DSC/ABS warning lights. Checked the fuses, interior and engine compartment, good. Disconnected battery several times, no change. All my exterior lights work as well. Is their an associated relay for this circuit? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Don't want to take it to dealer and get fleeced!

JuanPrimo,

It might be just coincidence that the battery change and the Brake and DSC/ABS occurred at the same time. What is more likely, is that one of your wheel speed sensors has developed an issue, since that would feed back into all of these systems. I'd check each of your sensors for broken wires or corroded connectors to see if there is anything obvious.

If that turns up nothing, a trip to a good independent mechanic would be the next step to get a correct diagnosis. The car's off warranty, and any good mechanic can trace the issue, cheaper than the dealership.
