Curtbed Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 Hi I have a 1984 dl 4 door sedan 1.6l ea 71 manual trans When I bought the car it ran great for 2 trips to work it then began bucking and kicking while accelerating and cutting out completely then would be hard to restart. I gave it a tune up cap rotor plugs air cleaner. Did not fix it changed both fuel filters and threw a fuel pump at it just for the hell of it. Still the same I've attempted to read the codes it had a code 13 one long blink 3 short at first but has changed to a code 33 3 long blinks 3 fast. I'm not sure where to go now I believe I found the fuel pump relay under the passenger seat I've swapped them around didn't change anything it will start and idle for some time then will cutt off sudenly. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
