They are very close but the body lines are different, hood latch might not be the same, but it should bolt to the hinges and you could probably make it latch.. dfoyl Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 I think it will fit if you change the grille also. The standard early SF Forester has the bonnet line as being perfectly straight, while the later SF (and the 2003 SG) has the centre part of the hood wrapping down below the top of the headlights. The late SF's also had improved headlights (multi-reflectors).
