05 outback wagon base model.  Put new front axles and shocks.  NOw I get ABS light, check engine light, seat belt chime even tho plugged in and cruise control keeps flashing.  New battery fully charged.  checked the fuses that are indicated for the abs system and ecu.  battery was disconnected when the ;mechanical stuff was done so not likely a blown fuse.  tranny locked in park unless you push down the secret button to unlock it.  brake fluid full up.  brakes work but no abs.  drove over a mile at about 40 to a parts store.  they tried to reset computer but just goes back to check engine,  speed sensor A indicated as problem.  Any thoughts welcome

Check Engine light - Read the code - it's telling you what the problem (regarding the ECU anyway) is, and post the exact number here.

Speed sensor - you damaged the sensor, connector, or wheel bearing with the integrated tone ring.
Check continuity and resistance per the FSM.

Got the same time going on..... fax to put a new hub in my impreza 2010,,,,,, and to do axles but couldn't figure out how to get them out......no pin thingy... can't got the axle outta trans

after about 04 , they went with axles that have an integrated splined shaft. it is retained by a circular spring clip that will allow it to pop out.
