But there was a clean 1987 Subaru XT Turbo at the Redding Pick 'n Pull in California that my friend sent me pictures of. It had the rare rear window louvers. Unfortunately for me, I didn't see his picture in time and he had already left the yard. He went back today and the louvers are gone. On the off-handed chance a NON-XT old-school Subaru owner snagged them in the interest of preservation, I would pay a healthy price for them immediately. This is a low-traffic yard, to boot, and the odds of an XT owner walking in looking for those seem slim...hence my reasoning that an old-school owner just grabbed them so they didn't get crushed with the car.
