Dangit John, I'm gonna be in Utah :-( oh well, we should have another one this summer! I prolly won't have my 4x4 done anyway, I'm gonna lift it and stuff before I take it out again.

I'm in Portland, but I don't think I need to spend that much on a yurt or cabin all to myself, anyone wanna share?

Also, Do I NEED to be lifted to go where you guys are going, or will I be able to follow at stock(I will raise my suspension) in my 1983 gl wagon 4wd w/ 215/60r14's.

Hmmm tempting, though it would be hard to bring a female counterpart, therefore making it kinda pointless, she's too busy :(

Stock Rides can do most of the 4x4'ing we will be doing. We are going to do some serious 4x4'ing, but I am sure the stock rides can at least spectate reasonably close to there...:)

HodakaRider and maybe a few of the other Bachelors could go in halves.....?

Reserve soon , as They will be going quick cause of the fact that is spring break for kids.......

later for now, John in Eugene......

Hey there. I just rented a cabin for the trip. I'll be in cabin 3 (G-loop) on March 21st (Fri) and March 22nd plan on hangin out Sunday playing for a while and then traveling home that afternoon. Guess that means I'll be leaving Boise on Friday and arriving at the campground around 4pm then.

Now, I will probably be able to have some people stay with me as long as they're willing to split the bill :) I don't know for sure how many people/cars I will bring with me, but I'll let y'all know as soon as I can. The cabin sleeps 4 people, and there is a tent site outside that can hold four more folks. The only snag is extra cars...$7 per extra car and you're only really allowed 2 per site. However, I do have the park's phone number and can call and ask about leeway on that, since we are doing a car-thing.

I snore really loud  but Austin, Hodakarider, and other folks are welcome to the tent site (4 people) and I'll let you know soon if I've got some beds in the cabin for sale depending on who I can get to go with me on this deal.

Here's mud in yer eye,

Ross

Hey Ross. Did John call you yet? I talked to him last night, he was going to contact you today. Anyways, I'm willing to split the tab for the cabin if there's room. Let me know.

John,As long as you're reading here........could you possibly ship those wheels to me using FedEX Ground and my account number?

I'd recommend stopping in at a tire and wheel place. My buddy hooked me up with excellent boxes for shipping some XT6 wheels.

You're welcome to call or email, whatever.Good to see you around these parts.

Im thinking of getting down there- though I haven't looked at the logistics..

John, sent you an email know I should just give you a ring. Curious what you use as a winch- Zap had mentioned it.

Well, plans are going good for me:D Got most of my gear together already! Not a short trip for me (just about 600 miles each way), so I'm doing a few maint. items on the car, too.
