Notablyoffbeat Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 I just purchased this car a few weeks ago. I had to get it towed home. I've narrowed the problem down to no spark. The coil wiring looks off to me. There is two wires coming off of the distributor, and there is a silver box with a heatsink with 5 wires coming out of it. I guess my question is how is it all supposed to be connected to the coil? This is my first Subaru, so I have no clue what it's supposed to look like, but I don't think it was hooked up right.
