JPs1986brat Posted May 9, 2017 Share Posted May 9, 2017 (edited) My tranny is going out in my 78 brat and I have a 5 speed duel range up in my shed and I'm wondering how hard it would be to swap it in my brat. I also have an ea81 and an ej22 laying around and I'm debating which one I want to put in. So if anyone that has done a 5 speed swap in a first gen could give me some pointers that would be great. Or if someone could send me link to another thread that would be great. I've done a good bit of research and the only thing that has me concerned is what cv axles I need.
