My former Legacy '95 was made in the US and was OBD II compliant. Does anybody know if a 1999 japanese made Outback is OBD II complaint too? Thanks. JOEK39 Posted June 21, 2004 Share Posted June 21, 2004 The one way to check with certainty is to look for an emissions label under the hood - if compliant it will reference "OBDII".
