I imagine the EGR valve is likely stuck or one of the hoses need replacement, but before I go tinkering I'd enjoy to get your alls opinion. I'll make sure to repost back with updates. Check this vid out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iT8Iww44nZM it's for a Vette, but testing should be the same. I'll check the hoses and pull out the EGR in the next few days and see if it holds pressure just like he showed. I have a feeling the diaphragm is shot after being in use since 1997! bstone Posted February 12, 2018 Author Share Posted February 12, 2018 (edited) Hey guys, it turned out to be the hose from the EGR valve to the solenoid had popped off on the solenoid side. The hose was loose and tired so I cut off the end and plugged it back in so now it’s nice and tight. Sorry it’s not something more involved but thank you for the help!
