redchowdog Posted August 28, 2004 Share Posted August 28, 2004 Hi, I have a 1993 legacy wgn. auto trans. that makes alot of noise when going up hills and it also looses alot of power. It strugles to get 50 mph. Sounds like a cat. converter noise but the dealership says its the transmision. The noise comes and goes. The fluids look fine the car has 173,000 miles. Any thoughts?
