Phillip Posted September 12, 2004 Share Posted September 12, 2004 The speedometer on my '99 Outback Wagon stopped working yesterday, but is working again today. My factory service manual gives a test procedure to use only when the 'check engine' light is illuminated; mine is not. Anyone got any experience diagnosing an intemittent problem like this??
