Guest electryc monk
Caleb[z] and Skip I "Finally" got it installed! on the Silver D/R'agon. heheheh Caleb[z], did you make it home tuesday morning safely? I did figure out where i wanted to install all the parts. Skip, after having it sit on the shelf for nearly a year and a few months because of school and then the cracked head it is running. And running smoothly. As an update - It is the I.C.E. PAK Ignition system from Jacob's Electronics. I'll admit I copied the Skipper's "Wagon" with this part but I didn't install the parts in the same places at all. The main CPU is attached via its bracket (that it came with) and only one extra hole drilled. The place it was mounted in? The bottom bolts for the air compressor tank, right along side it inside the fender, and to be protected by the plastic fender well too.The fender came off just fine and dandy but the lower two bolts at the base of the door both snapped in half while reinstalling the metal fender skin. The new coil is sitting on the drivers side of the tire arc and the rest they say is history. Caleb[z], what is This sunday lookin like for you? I have two tidbits: 1. I found out about an area around the lake in Grapevine - just south of my location for 4WD fun 2. About this sunday, fell like tacklin' operation facelift? AKA *The lift*? I got the two gauges installed temp. as I wanna see how they "fungshue" for the dash. The A/F ratio is sitting in the lower left of the dash area and the boost/vac gauge is sitting above the keyhole on the collumn(sp). And you wanna finish making out the "could use" list of PC parts that I'll bring on Sunday "IF" you wanna tackle the project? Robbie my roomie might want to come along and offer a hand too....maybe....
