Guest Subazoo
163K...most of them hard...clutch going out, rear axle unable to be aligned correctly...struts and shocks very tired...tires shot from off-road abuse, VT winters, rear end problem...left rear axle going...rear wheel bearings shot...3rd gear snchros grinding... Its time for TAPS. And another goes to the Great Subaru Graveyard...with its EA-82 STILL not using oil at 163K, with power still good... SAYONARA OLD GIRL...sniff... Guest rXSNRG
I drive my Soobies hard and they love every minute of it. No need to be sad, your Soob will pass with dignity:)
Guest thealleyboy
Hey Zooey: You might want to offer it up to some of your Sube brothers on this board, before sending it to the yard. That motor can live on, and probably much more. Recycle dude... John
Guest jon61484
yeah, everything can be rebuilt, don't offer it up for extermination, offer it up to the collective for scavenging! If I had any money, I'd make an offer on the tranny.
