crauch Posted October 28, 2004 Share Posted October 28, 2004 I happened to notice that the timing belt was over the milage on my parents forester. While I was in I replaced the water pump with a rebuilt one from O'Reilly. While on an out of town trip the impeller spun on the pump shaft. A $250 tow home and a new pump fixed the problem. I do like O'Reilly for parts and will continue to use them JUST BE AWARE BY A NEW PUMP the price difference is only $30. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
