ndsnewleg
Anybody know if it's possible to make a 95 CD player work in a 90 Legacy, the one with the aux jack. CD player is installed, connectors from cd fit into radio, however there is a two wire plug coming out of the cd player but I can only find a single wire plug in any of the under dash wiring. CD goes in but no sound or lights. CD self ejects after several seconds. I cut and saved the two wire connector from the under dash side of the donor car. Any suggestions? coloradosubarules
Please visit www.the12volt.com and take the time to register. It is fast and free. There you will find a ton of answers to your question. Most likely you will find someone who has already done the swap. You could also go to you local bestbuy and purchase the Aftermarket wiring harness for your car and then get the wiring code for the 95's off the12volt or from someone on here. Hope this helps. DerFahrer
I can't answer specifically, but I do know that people have put WRX 6-disc CD changers in their 90 Legacies, so if you can do that, theoretically, you should be able to put the 95 CD player in yours too...
