sure i will try to be there, i'll tell alleyboy about it also , i believe there is a new board member that lives in columbus also , also tom from hillsdale mi , miles fox from ft.wayne,IN, danny from butler,IN, :drunk:

Cool, so how do we want to arange the meeting? I am down for when ever and where ever as long as funds permit and it is with in a 2 hour drive. Does everyone just want to chill and take a scenic drive, of go wheeling, or what?

Any ideas from anyone wanting to attend speak up.

I could be able to do C-bus, it's not that far away. Alot would depend on work-load at the job though, hoping it slows down here shortly, but who knows. Spring sounds good to me, warmer weather maybe. Getting so I'm not to thrilled about the cold anymore. A day at the Yards, with a bunch of fellow Soob nuts sounds good too...................

My {garage} door is always open, and it's always fun to get together with you guys - whether as a meet, or smaller gatherings.

Since junking seems to be so popular with everyone, maybe a Spring meet would make sense. The earlier in the Spring the better since the cars pile up over the Winter virtually untouched. Nothing greater than going to town on all that fresh junk!!

We have a pretty good relationship with one of the local yards, and I'm sure they would be more than happy to have a bunch of Sube derelicts show up and clean em out for a "truckoad" {or two} price. We have had at least 3 good truckload scores in the past few months.

Keep me posted

John

i am definately down for a c-bus meet. i ts a pretty good central ground for a lot of us subaru people. i could see another subaru alliance meet in columbus minus the butler PD;)

How's this for exciting? I think I can actually swing at the very least a full length edit of "Catch This Fox" for the event. Won't necessarily be done as I'm still hoping Fox will sketch out his larger-than-life story and get a chance to do some voiceover for it, but we are making progess. I'm actually putting my entire course load this semester towards getting it finished. With a touch of professional guidance, we're really gonna make some dang traction. I might even have to cut back to part time at CompUSA but it'll be worth it.

My plans still involve getting it done and on DVD in time to hit the road for the Hot Rod Power Tour in a Trashwagon 5 replica built on that turbowagon waiting for us out at Subiemech's place. I might actually be passing thru there fairly soon on my way back from a quick trip to CA...could at least pick up the scooters maybe.

This year, stuff's gonna happen. Incidentally, a short piece I did on a local salvage yard on 16mm film is now on my website at http://www.economysuperstar.com , under "movies". Lots of stuff afoot there too, I'm on the verge of launching a webcomic among other things.

Well we need to set a date, and I need to get a D/R trans.

Any ideas on the date? I know we could meet in my dads parking lot, or at the 4wd shop out by the trails.

If everyoine is serious, I will start scouting some trails (legal) for us to venture out on.

I should be getting some $$$ with my tax return, so If anyone has one(D/R trans) cheap they can donate:P...

yo i get my license back in april. i have a spare d/r no shifter or rev/n switches.

sounds good we can make this happen agian this year

Sweet! If I can get a d/r installed and ready to go we could have a fun trip. I have begun looking for trails, and as our luck may have it, there appears to be a 4wd park opening up in zanesville.
