coloradosubarules Posted January 30, 2005 Share Posted January 30, 2005 The other day I was detailing the leggy and I pushed the lever down to tilt the wheel so I could clen the column shroud...not a problem. Now it doesn't go up to the top and stay there. It will only click halfway up. It's a PITA. Has this happened to anybody else??? I'm stumped. My dad on the other hand has figured it out so I've just been letting him deal with it every time I unlock its place since once it's out of it it'll go as low as it can before locking again. schspeedster Posted January 30, 2005 Share Posted January 30, 2005 I would remove the lower column shroud and check for wiring or anything blocking the travel. coloradosubarules Posted January 31, 2005 Author Share Posted January 31, 2005 Feeling kinda lucky I went out and pulled the lever under the wheel...sho nuff the damn thing stuck in the upright position. I had tried everything to get it to do that. Someone on the board must have used a little voodoo to help me out. Thanks whomever you are. I can now sit in my car comfortably.
