96outback Posted August 28, 2003 Share Posted August 28, 2003 All, I havve a 96 outback that runs great with one exception. About once every 2-3 weeks, it gets into a wierd electrical state. From a cold start, the ABS light comes on, the car is locked in park, fam blower motor, horn and brake lights stop working. Conditionlasts for 1-2 days. I have to manually ovveride the shift solenoid to drive the car home. The alternator has been changed. Goodyear could not find the problem.
