(1) pictures of the vacuum lines and the intake manifold
(2) detailed description of which vacuum lines you will and won't use, and where they come from and go to.
the carb I'm using is too much as some have said, but I'm determined to work it (might need to rejet it) and use it. It's a 25 year old rebuilt and polished motorsport 2100 electric choke. (tests have ranged 450 to 525 CFM)
I'm designing the adapter plate to work with the 2100 and would use both a gasket for the new carb (it's a two barrel ford carb off a 5.0L) and a gasket for the hitachi.

I'm reading up on the 2100, and it's easy reading as it's a simple to understand carburator. It makes the hitachi look like nasa technology. (gone wrong?)
(edit) BTW: with this project either goes one of three things. a supercharger bought new, bought used, or built by me. going to keep stock pistons unless someone tells me it's really not smart and I should put the lower CR turbo pistons in.

I'll get to the adapter plate sometime later tonight or tomorrow, and then I'm heading right in to doing the conversion and retuning the carb.

Edit... I read more... I removed ALL the hard lines (dont need em for only 3 vacuum functions) and the EGR system is all blocked off at the heads AND intake with steel plates. No bad consequences of it YET (8 months, so far so good....)

But first off, I need to know what it *does*.
