lyledp Posted March 6, 2005 Share Posted March 6, 2005 I need to replace the passenger side headlamp but can't get my hand in there without removing the airfilter housing. Notwithstanding the fact I need a metric socket to undo the nut holding the airfilter housing support to the front grille assembly, does anyone know how to undo the goofy retainer/nut on top of the airfilter housing. Or how to get the housing off? I am not ready yet to pay the dealer 3-4 times the cost of the lamp to replace what should be a user replaceable part.
