michael appel
Hello out there I just picked up a 79 brat with 65000 original miles and I would love to lift it without buying the stupid kits for it Just wondering what I could do with it I have the original rollbar and I learned that using toyota 6x5.5 inch lug rims can be altered to fit and Im on the verge of going crazy for tires so if anyone could help it would be great. I like playing in molalla the woods out there have mudpits hill climbs not for the faint of heart I have pics just have to figure them onto the internet if I could get people to come with me and my family we take a 91 landcruiser it has goodyear mts and lockers to pull any thing and climb every thing anyone intrested let me know its getting closer to summer lets get wheeling. 75skunkaroo
see mudrat in eugene, he does most of the subaru lifts and stuff in that area. as for the wheels, the 6 lug ones work good once you drill them, or find a set of peugot wheels -mike
mtsmiths
http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=33819 Submonkey has a set of Pug 15's with tires (to at least get you going) for rea$onable In Spokane. Take a drive in your new toy, enjoy the spring, help out a board brother, and get your wheels ... all in one fell swoop.
