Hi guys, im new to the board and would like a bit of help with buying a new car.

Im looking at getting a Forester in the next couple of months, im in Australia too if that helps.

Basically i just want a bit of feedback on what the best model (pre 2000 and non GT) is, what to look out for, and any thing else i should know before buying one.

Thanks,
Adrian

We US folks may not be all that much help as sometimes we have different versions and engines.
Hey Ozzies and Kiwis, help this guy out.
