Fuel Filter 1998 2.2L Imprezza

Recommended Posts

it's pretty simple. Typically if you let the car sit overnight the pressure in the fuel system will go away. The filter is next to the driver's front strut tower. You just unscrew the clamps holding the lines on, put the new one on, and tighten the clamps.

I did mine in my Outback yesterday. I only had it turned off for less than two hours, and the fuel that did leak out was only a few ounces. It is really quick and easy.
