patricko Posted May 12, 2005 Share Posted May 12, 2005 I'm stationed in Iceland and I bought a used 2000 Forester when I got here last August. The front pads and rotors need replacing. Parts are really expensive in the Icelandic part stores. I was wondering if the brake parts were the same in a U.S. 2.5L Forester as they are in a European spec 2.0L Forester? SevenSisters Posted May 12, 2005 Share Posted May 12, 2005 Wow Iceland, what a great place for a Subaru. Try the internet looking for a Bendix, etc. part number for each of the two vehicles.
