edentel Posted May 14, 2005 Share Posted May 14, 2005 After installing a new Pioneer AVIC in my car, my wife has gotten hooked. I'm going to install an AVIC-D1 in hers tomorrow. I can't seem to locate any sources of wiring diagrms online for the 2003 Baja or Outback. Can anyone point me in a direction to locate where the VSS/speed pulse line is hidden? ShawnW Posted May 18, 2005 Share Posted May 18, 2005 Vehicle speed sensor is threaded into the transmission on the upper right (pass) side of the transmission behind the engine bellhousing.
