MNawd Posted May 30, 2005 Share Posted May 30, 2005 I have heard before that if one of your O2 Sensors goes out and you don't replace it, you run the risk of ruining your catalytic converter. Legacy777 Posted May 31, 2005 Share Posted May 31, 2005 I suppose it's possible if the front O2 sensor was out, and the car was running very rich for a long time, that you might cause premature wear of the catalyst.
