What type of engine would be in a 1995 Legacy? 2.2L or 2.5? Thanks.

Should be the 2.2. Look down the cente line of the block and you will see the EJ22.

the good old stand-by, EJ22. 2.2 liter aluminum block and head horizontally oppossed single over-head cam engine, with dual port exhaust and 19 cats in the exhaust............j/k

aside from all the loyale dismay, the 2.2 legacy motor is probably the single most reliable motor subaru has ever built
