A DOG Posted July 8, 2005 Share Posted July 8, 2005 I stripped one of my torsion bar lift block bolts. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get one. I allready checked the local hardware store and they didn't have it. How much would it cost to have a machine shop make me a new one? Mike W Posted July 8, 2005 Share Posted July 8, 2005 Another option is to re-tap the captive nut to accept a SAE bolt and if the captive nut is buggered up you can cut a hole in the sheet metal and put washers and nuts on the top side.
