I want to start modding my 2002 subaru legacy outback. i would like to start small and inexpensive and work my way up to more advanced and expensive mods. i am starting by putting 2 UV(black light) Neons in the car interior . i got these cheap from a friend of mine and i have extended the wire to make them fit were i want them. i am wondering what are some other cheap (under 30-40 dollars) and very basic and easy to do. i have been looking for some pedal pads to replace the boring black rubber ones it has now any advide on where to buy these or what brands to look at would be much appriciated. also any other help advice suggestions ideas etc. would be very helpful because i really don't know where to start. thanks again in advance for all the help.
