Will X19 rear brake mounting plates work for a GL disk brake swap?

I found a source for X19 rear disk brake mounting bits, minus the calipers. If I get the proper calipers, will that work for doing a rear disk brake swap on an 87 GL wagon?

whats an x19?
you need subaru parts to put discs on a subaru.

Its a Fiat. Stay away and look for subaru parts!
