arigwapo
Hi gang! First time poster here. I own a '00 Forester and am not satisfied with the stock brake pads. The OEM brake pads seem to wear down a lot faster than expected and they're not cheap. Should I go with ceramic?? Can anyone recommend some specific pads to check out....I'd prefer buying online..... 75subie
auto zone seems to sell a pretty good brake pad for foresters.(i can`t remember the brand, but they were the cheapest they had).for braking power, i would definatly recomend drilled and slotted rotors (what a difference!).you could get away with just doing the front wheels, as that is where most the braking it done. are yours wearing evenly?maybe its something with the calipers?
