its a dealership in WA, can`t read the name on the plate tho

Uh uh. Try New Hampshire.

initials N.H. on the lower plate, and the red and blue graphic appears to be a picture of the states of Vermont and New Hampshire.

Though Carter Subaru in WA has a blue wagon very similar to it in just as good of condition. :) it's their mascot.

Looks like it's probably a similar deal to Carter.... it's probably a mascot that they've restored and put on their floor for show/nostalgia. :)
