What kind of repair cost and/or mechanic labor hours would she expect to have these items fixed?

Timing belt job can range from 200-400. I think if you were to have all that work done at the dealer, I would say somewhere in the 400-550 range. Give or take.

water pump: 21111aa007
water pump gasket: 21114aa051
oil pump oil seal: 15048aa001
oil pump o-ring: 806919050
this will save you a bundle on the parts alone

What's the oil pump seal? Is that the packing around the oil pump? Or do they now have a seal to replace using silicone/threebond?
