thanks for the heads up...Brian..you should come check out the Moss Landing Pick-n-pull north of monterey. There's some good chit mang. might pull an ea-81 engine and a d/r 4 or 5sp. hope fully a rear diff.

 

dood, thats where i found a cherry rx for $500.

 

let me know if you wanna roll down.

Guess I should have waited to get my pug spare.. could have goten it for $7!

 

Maybe I will buy those 2 pug alloys I was talking about yesterday.. I think they only charge 6-7 bucks for a bare alloy wheel.. at half price, I can't go wrong!.. Of course I would have to cut the tires off:eek:

 

Anyone have a suggestion as to the best way to dismount a tire in a wrecking yard setting?

Peugeot.. in reference to the peugeot wheels.. The only readily available / straight bolt on wheels for old soobs that are bigger than 13 inches.. Theres a couple of odd ones I have never seen at the yard in dallas.. may have to give them a good home :)

heading to Monterey??

 

there was a very clean complete 87 GL-10 Turbo Touring Wagon

(minus the imaculate front seats:brow: worth the install hastle, comfy, nice bolsturingfor the corners)

 

a couple of sad ea81 wagons, (minus brakes ...ha ha)

 

mostly EA82 stuff......................at least in mid Sept.....

 

this buzzard already flew in & got lucky....
