91 starting issue

My 91 loyale is hard starting sometimes flooding out , running real rich and idling low has anyone had this problem and what could be causing it ?

FI coolant sensor

would be my first guess

two wire unit fitted to the upper rad hose gooseneck

can be checked with an ohm meter

Sorry I don't have the resistance vs temp chart,
but I can email you the values
