My 87 GL-10 T-Wag has four wheel disk. It stops as well as my friends 99 Cougar with four wheel disk + ALB

Just finished the swap on my wagon. Holy cow, is this what modern brakes feel like?!? The new brakes are WAY better than drums, I highly suggest doing this conversion!

yea major safety factor with the disc brakes. I think that is my favorite mod that I've done on my car. Makes it so you can drive faster since it stops on a dime.

Biggest difference is on my lifted Hatch. Try stopping that sucker on the freeway going 60mph in traffic:eek: I've had to drive it for the last 5 days while waiting for parts on my XT6. Freeway and city driving with 30x11.50 Swampers, disc brakes are definatly needed.
