I just got generic STB's from ebay that were meant to fit a GC impreza

those will fit the Legacy's? do any year Impreza's fit?

what other parts are interchangable?

i read you put a WRX clutch in your legacy... what about flywheels, or brakes, or bushings, or even like swaybars and stuff?..

i wish i knew what i could use where,

i wish there was a list or something somewhere...

I have a `92 Legacy Turbo. anyone know where I can get some decent preformence parts? I`d like to know where to get 3" exhaust, brakes, chip, suspension and meters of various sorts (turbo pressure, air/gas, and so on)

Check out www.bbs.legacycentral.org for more info about the first gen legacy.

As for what's interchangable.....actually quite a bit of stuff is. For example....I'm running wrx front brakes, 05 LGT rear brakes, single diaphragm impreza brake booster, SVX master cylinder, impreza sti bushing for the front control arm, impreza whiteline rear subframe bushings, impreza sti front/rear trailing link bushings, whiteline sub-frame locks, etc....etc.

There's a lot of info on the BBS, you'll find out what fits and what doesn't fit by seeing what other guys have already done.

I also have a lot of Impreza stuff on my Legacy: Struts, springs, and tops are from an STi, rear lateral links and endlinks are from a 99 Impreza, the mounting brackets and steering rack bushings are for a WRX, so are the wheels, and the brakes I'm putting on one of these days.

If I don't like how the added brake caliper volume feels, I'll probably also go with the single diaphram booster and an SVX master cylinder.

This place has a bunch of whiteline stuff:
