Meeky Moose Posted October 29, 2003 Share Posted October 29, 2003 well i think the ole turbo wagon is givin up the ghost.. the wife drove it into town, and it overheated.. was outa water.. so she filled it back up.. and temp was fine all the way home.. but on the trip to lostwaters and back (300 miles) it used 2 gallons of water.. it never steams out the tailpipe tho.. only when its cold outside, but thats normal with any car.. nothin in the oil, etc.. and doesn't look like the water pump is leakin cause its got oil, from a oil leak on it.. so go figure.. but since she's got 290k original, i think when inspection is up next month she'll be sold off for parts... i can't complain about her one bit, she's always been reliable and gotten me where i wanna go. so its kinda sad to see her diein a slow death :boohoo: :boohoo: :boohoo: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
