Don't now if this is off topic, but has anyone tried www.oxygensensors.com for O2 sensors. Is is worthwhile using non genuine Sensors? This online company supply a product called Walker; has anyone tried them b4.

I've emailed them before about questions on their sensors. I'm going to be upgrading to a generic 4-wire sensor to get the additional sensor ground wire.

 

You should be fine with using one of their generic sensors. There's some people on some other boards that have used them and been happy.

I bout a Walker O2 sensor from them a few months ago.

They sent the me wrong one at first but quickly replaced it.

It was relatively easy to replace and I did not have the CEL come on since I replaced it.

So far, i'm pretty happy with the purchase

I second that. I just replaced mine about two weeks ago with one of the Walkers and haven't had any problems.

Thanx every1, I think I'll give it a go. It cost around USD$250 for an original is Aus, about USD$75 for an after market and about $USD40 online (plus shipping yet to find out).

 

I dont have CEL but emissions are questionable (pong) and mileage is pathetic 8kms/ltr (have changed plugs filters leads etc)
