I cant seem to find an aftermarket exahust system for an ej22, I found headers and all that jazz, but not a performance exhaust system. I don't know.. If someone could help I would greatly appreciate it.. Thanks

You might possibly reduce the torque - or shift the peak torque to a higher rpm.

check here(good folks - got my Stromung axle back for my WRX from them);

Try searching around the NA forum and exhaust forums at www.nasioc.com

you could also try getting a stock exhaust for a 2.5 gt. it will be slightly larger in diameter than the stock 2.2 exhaust. all you have to do is find someone willing to give you their old pipes after they ahve upgraded. or you could just simply buy the setup for the 2.5 motor. the bends and setup is the same as the 2.2, just larger diameter and might cost a little more, but should fit just like a stock setup.
