Plastic body tab snap plug thingies

anyone know where I can get those that hold interior panels to the body? I need the ones that hold the inside of the rear tailgate, they snap into holes on the body, mine are red(95 legacy wagon - I don't know the name for them<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/embarassed.gif ALT=":o"> - THX:D

On a related topic...

I lost a plastic... uh... square hole cover from the inside driver's door... NO idea what to call it. Looks like some type of access cover, but I have no idea what it covers. Maybe a bolt of somekind...
