Ok, I finally figured it out (possibly bizarre):
My camera has a flaw revealing "glow" .The lower photo obviously has it more than the oem.In the real world eyesight there is now indeed a phosphorescent - especially at cloud cover or dusk. My car is now an intimidating beastly glowing animal with "500hp" - all in an innocent paint job.
The focus of this on my behalf is spotting a 93 impreza, black and white months ago, doing 60mph on rte1 (where if driving you need to pay attention). I still spotted the glowing impreza from half a mile out parked and for sale. Did they paint imprezas differently? I am assuming so- it definately had this glow, no doubts about it.
So if you see my innocent sube sedan kids - don't pull up beside me expecting a drag race to post on streetfire anytime soon.
