Hi all, If we buy the '98 brighton wagon we have a deposit on, I'll want to learn as much as possible about the mechanical aspects of the car. How the AWD works, does our 5 speed car have a hill holder, etc.
Any good sites out there with this info available?

endwrench, the subaru global site, and cars101 all have good technical information, along with all the message boards out there.

Is your 98 a 2.5? If so watch out for that head gasket.
