What size stereo can I fit into the dash of my 1987 gl-10? Is it a 1.5 DIN or double-DIN stereo opening?

I believe you can fit up to a double-DIN. The problem lies in the depth of the stereo. The standard installation kit available at most stereo shops has an 1.5" extension to make aftermarket recievers fit in nicely.
www.Crutchfield.com is a pretty good guide to what you'll need, even if you don't buy anything from them.
