1ABAJA
Went to LOOK at Imprezas today and wigged out the salesman. It all started with a friendly test comparison between a WRX or a 2.5. Both were sticks. The sales person then invited me for some friendly conversation....yada yada, yada yada, has asks what I would offer to drive off the lot tonight....I say 2000 off of MSRP!(20,058) I don't think I was in my right mind for stating that....could have been the Soob I sniffed earlier:brow: :moon: ) He haggles with me for about twenty minutes...I think to myself this will not last very much longer....then out comes the sales manager...yada yada, 18,635......I say I gotta think about it.....yada yada, they remind me of better times (I am 26) and tell me how it was in the past and how hard it was to get financed, trying to get me off my figures for a moment, yada yada, They go to check the "book"...so I go outside to grab my phone...I discover my sales manager and my salesperson outside frollocing about with schmiggles...I asked the manager and he obliged. We then started talking abou the car again...the Manager says outloud, "Let's just end the madness!"......"You can have it for 18,000!!!" Totally feece faced, I quickly think off an escape plan. {{I know it is a great deal....}} I told him I had to get back to work and to have the car ready tomorrow....he said I need you to fill out a credit app, and then you can go....I filled all of the pertinent information ....he said don't forget your soc sec #....I said "O"...ok, it's....I rambled what I "thought" was nine numbers and rushed off! I receieved a call from my sales person asking me to go in because he had info on my deal.... Huh? If it goes through and he calls me to tell me to pick it up...I am going to tell him to drop it off at my house! I know this post is questionable, BUT, it was written after a Subaru Allaince "Meeting" between Miles Fox and myself! Josh!
