Autozone,NAPA, Advanced autoparts, or carquest? OEM maybe? but they are usually on the high side? Anyone has good experience with aftermarket water pump? Thanks again!!! richierich Posted November 19, 2003 Share Posted November 19, 2003 What ever you do. Do not get a rebuilt waterpump. Your time is more valuable than the $10-$15 bucks you will pay. The OEM pump should be a Atsugi/ Paraut. You can call around to see if any of your local stores have them. I carry it, but that doesn't help you in St. Louis. One thing to look for in a waterpump, is a solid pump portion. Some of the cheaper ones have 'fins" and those should be avoided if possible.
